Method
- Take all the seeds out of your pumpkin and place them in a strainer
- Strain seeds until they are clean, with no pumpkin pulp left over
- Lay pumpkin seeds flat on a towel to dry for a couple of hours
- Preheat oven to 425
- Once dry, move pumpkin seeds to baking sheet and put into preheated oven
- Bake for 5
- Pull pumpkin seeds out of oven, drizzle avocado oil and seasoning of choice over the seeds
- Mix seeds with hands or spatula until evenly coated
- Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes, or until crunchy
- Enjoy
