Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp avacado oil
  • 1 tbsp seasoning

Method
 

  1. Take all the seeds out of your pumpkin and place them in a strainer
  2. Strain seeds until they are clean, with no pumpkin pulp left over
  3. Lay pumpkin seeds flat on a towel to dry for a couple of hours
  4. Preheat oven to 425
  5. Once dry, move pumpkin seeds to baking sheet and put into preheated oven
  6. Bake for 5
  7. Pull pumpkin seeds out of oven, drizzle avocado oil and seasoning of choice over the seeds
  8. Mix seeds with hands or spatula until evenly coated
  9. Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes, or until crunchy
  10. Enjoy
